Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Please allow extra time
during peak seasons or sales events.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail or
Evri, depending on item size, weight, and destination.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. Delays may occur due to postal
service issues outside our control.
Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been
dispatched.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at [insert

Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or faulty due to our error,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert your email] with photos of the issue.
As each product is custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalised or
made-to-order items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Please use a tracked service, as we
cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment
method within 5–7 business days.
Gift cards, sale items, and digital downloads are non-refundable.
